2013年4月29日我投递出一篇文章到Theoretical and Applied Climatology, 5月58日收到主编回信了，内容如下：
whenever new submissions come in I have - as an editor - to decide whether I can send a paper to reviewers. For your paper I will not do so, because of too many weaknesses in language. Reviewers decline or do not respond at all, when coming across too many language errors. If they accept their reviews are overly critical. Therefore, I give you the chance for a re-submission after proof-reading by a person fully fluent in English or corrections by a scientific language service.
此后，我修改了语言，与2013年6月6日重新投递了一次，直到今天还是with editor.....
说明：1我周边3位同学相继向该期刊投递了4编稿子，都是4个月之内接受的
2 我4月份投递时该期刊影响因子是1.9几，这段时间变为1.7几了。。。
