systems science & control engineering是SCI 检索杂志吗？ 已有1人参与

投了IJSS，主编回复如下： Your paper has been examined by the editors and has been deemed to be too application-specific for International Journal of Systems Science as outlined in the journal’s aims and scope. However your research looks valid and you may wish to decide to submit to the related journal Systems Science & Control Engineering: An Open Access Journal which accepts application-specific papers of this nature and is an entirely online journal. Please note that as this is an Open Access journal papers are liable to an author publishing charge. 需要花费，但不知道是不是SCI？ |
