英国T4签证附表8填写问题求助

大家好！我是2013年CSC资助去英国联陪，在填写英国T4签证附表8填写有以下几个问题，请大家帮忙解答： 问题4.4.Give the full address of your primary site of study, including postal code.该项应该如何填写呢？ 问题5.5Have you been assessed by your sponsor by other means, for example by progress on a continuing course of study, as part of a study abroad programme, by your sponsor’s internal test, a portfolio of artwork, or other means as stated on your CAS (state which)? (Please do not submit this).外校进行了语言评估为B2，是否应该在这填写呢？如何填写呢？ 问题5.6如果选择了English language test，在回答5.10时，Awarding Body、Title of qualification、Level of qualification、Award reference number处分别应该填什么？ps.我考的雅思。 问题6.11You must have £800 per month to cover maintenance in the UK (up to a maximum of 2 months). See the Tier 4 Policy Guidance for a full explanation of maintenance charges. Calculate the amount you will require and enter this in the space provided.这项是什么意思？应该如何填写？ |

T4 联培 签证刚刚pass 趁着还有印象 回答一下： 问题4.4.Give the full address of your primary site of study, including postal code.该项应该如何填写呢？ 学校网站上有 问题5.5Have you been assessed by your sponsor by other means, for example by progress on a continuing course of study, as part of a study abroad programme, by your sponsor’s internal test, a portfolio of artwork, or other means as stated on your CAS (state which)? (Please do not submit this).外校进行了语言评估为B2，是否应该在这填写呢？如何填写呢？ 有雅思 还写这个干嘛 问题5.6如果选择了English language test，在回答5.10时，Awarding Body、Title of qualification、Level of qualification、Award reference number处分别应该填什么？ps.我考的雅思。 Awarding Body：British council Level of qualification：成绩单上有，譬如6.5就是“6.5, competent user ” Award reference number：右下角的号码 很长 会超出空格的范围 这个不要紧 问题6.11You must have £800 per month to cover maintenance in the UK (up to a maximum of 2 months).
