审稿人是什么意思，我该怎么回答，求牛人指点

审稿人意见： The manuscript is presented and written exceptionally well. I compliment the authors on the care that they clearly took in preparing and organizing their paper. However, I wonder why the experiment was run for only one month during the fall (26 September - 25 October). Perhaps the subtropical setting of XX Lake minimizes seasonal changes in plant growth, but surely these plants have some response to annual changes in light levels. Some comment or explanation of why this decision was made and its possible significance on the results of the experiment seems in order. I also offer a modest number of minor stylistic/editorial suggestions:…… 遇到一个善良的审稿人，请问大家，红色部分标示的，审稿人问我为什么实验设置一个月，然后又给出自己的猜测，接下来一句话“Some comment or explanation of why this decision was made and its possible significance on the results of the experiment seems in order.”是什么意思，让人摸不着头脑啊，求指点 [ Last edited by liwei8208 on 2013-7-6 at 09:31 ] |
