上一篇文章接收后直接网上出版，没有我们的事呀。 这一篇文章接收，现在email里有这么一封信：（不知道是不是新出的规定） Dear Author, Thank you for publishing with Springer. This message is to let you know that your article Article title: ..... Open Choice Your Research. Your Choice. Springer presents Springer Open Choice: the program that offers authors of journal articles the choice of having their journal article made available with open access in exchange for payment of a basic fee. With Springer Open Choice the author decides how he or she wants to be published in the leading and most respected journals in the scientific community. Springer still offers the traditional publishing model, but now also offers authors the open access option to have their journal articles made available for free to anyone, anywhere in the world. Springer Open Choice & Copyright When authors opt for Springer Open Choice to publish their articles, they retain their copyright, but are required to agree to the Springer Open Choice License. Springer Open Choice License Authors are also required to certify that they are the original authors and vouch for the integrity and lawfulness of the articles. Authors’ Certification Price and Payment Information The basic fee for Springer Open Choice is $3000 USD, which can be invoiced in Euros. The order must be placed, and payment received in full (if not ordered by an institution), prior to publication. Springer Open Choice may be ordered directly from SpringerOnline.com, we recommend that the contact author (or his/her institution) place the order. Payment can be made by any party via credit card (recommended, and mandatory for orders from individutals), check, or invoice but may not be split among parties. "Invoicing will be done according to the location of the paying party (designated in the 'Bill to' section of the Order Form). Customers providing payment from Europe, Africa, and Asia will be charged in Euros. VAT is not included in the $3000 price and will be added, at a standard rate, for customers who receive invoices in Euros." 大概意思是版权归你，但题目可以全世界公开，出版社只是通过传统的渠道发表，大家是怎么选的呀？以前只是传了就copyright transfer statement就没事了 |
