是小日本的一个SCI期刊，这个期刊我投过一次搞，周期超过一年，最后拒稿。 最主要的是感受到了小日本强烈的偏见，尤其是在同行评阅中，小日本说了一些主观的质疑作者学术水平和知识水平的话，让我感到很气愤： There is doubt that the authors lack the awareness of such aspects in conducting social survey. The way the authors describe the 3Rs casts doubts on whether the authors have adequate knowledge on prioritization of 3R activities. The reviewer doubts the authors' level of knowledge on waste management methods. 可能其他人遇到的情况和我不同，但是也请大家慎投。 |
