[交流] Postdoc position in organic electronic devices 已有1人参与

Postdoc position in organic electronic devices such as photo-detector, small molecular solar cells and organic thin film transistors

Deadline: end of September of 2013

Tasks:
1. Growth of small molecular organic thin films by UHV-OMBE (organic molecular beam epitaxial)

2. Growth of Graphene by CVD for transparent electrode

3. Patterning electrode by optical lithography (Mask less photolithography) and electron beam lithography& focus ion beam lithography

4. Characterization of devices by Pump probe and photoinduced absoption spectroscopies & time resolved femtosecond spectroscopy
Prospective candidates should have a PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, physics or associated fields, with solid background in electronic devices, optoelectronics, and hand-on experience in device fabrication. CVD graphene fabrication or UHV knowledge would be a plus.
