1. Please check your figures and make sure you have not duplicated and that each figure is numbered on the page it is on and that the TOC has the heading TOC Graphic on the page it is on.
2 . All authors listed on the title page of your manuscript must also be listed in the author submitting center in step #2, which is the author supplied data under authors and institutions. Author and coauthor names should be entered into ACS Paragon Plus in the same sequence, and in exactly the same form, as they appear on the first page of the manuscript (First name first, middle name and last name last in that exact order). All author emails must be working emails as they will all get a notification when this paper is assigned to an editor. If the email does not work it will hold up the processing of the manuscript. THIS IS MANDATORY
