plos one 投稿交流，近一个月了还是invited editor

大家好，我是6月2号投了plos one ; 6月10号变成 invited editor状态,到今天7月3号还是invited editor状态，这是怎么回事啊？ 这个状态要维持多长时间啊？有投过的虫子们给点意见 |

我今天收到了这样一封邮件，说找不到合适的学术编辑，建议改投或者继续等待，大家说我该怎么办呢？ 邮件内容如下： Dear Dr. XXX, I am writing to offer an update on your submission to PLOS ONE. Unfortunately we have had a very difficult time finding an appropriate Academic Editor to handle your manuscript. Please accept our apologies for this delay.
