| "An immediate opening for a postdoctoral research scientist with a background in the general areas of polymer science, solution blending, or materials science and engineering is available at Akron Ascent Innovations (AAI), 411 Wolf Ledges Parkway, Suite 105, Akron, OH 44311. AAI is a subsidiary company of University of Akron Research Foundation. The ideal candidate will be expected to perform polymer research related to adhesives and submit competitive research proposals to federal funding agencies. The researcher can leverage on equipment and research infrastructures at University of Akron, engage in publishable research and manage intellectual property.
