[求助] 求助Journal of Nano Research这个杂志的投稿经验

有谁投过Journal of Nano Research这个杂志么？我投稿两个星期（邮箱投稿的）啦，不知道编辑没有没收到稿件，一点回复都没有，也发过邮件去问啦，也没人回，有谁知道怎么回事么？

Thank you for your recent submission to the Journal of Nano Research. As you may know, in deciding which papers to publish we have to make an editorial judgment about the immediacy of interest to our audience and the degree of advance provided. In practice, this means that we return a substantial proportion of manuscripts without sending them to referees, in cases where we feel that, there would not be a strong case for publication in Journal of Nano Research. I regret to inform you that your manuscript falls under this category and is no longer under consideration.
