投了一篇Nano Res，审稿意见很奇怪.......

前两天审稿意见出来了，意见如下： Dear Dr. **, Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they have raised serious issues and are advising major revision for your manuscript. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision after further external review of the revised version by the Reviewers. Please note that acceptance is warranted only if the reviewers are satisfied with how you address each issue and whether you have revised the manuscript accordingly. Comments for the author: Reviewer #3: This paper reports ****************** In my opinion, this work is suitable for publication after the authors have addressed my concerns outlined below.
