目前认为,组织中沉积铜都是不可利用的形式存在[11,12],这就导致随着肝功能损伤的日益严重,肝细胞合成铜蓝蛋白前体减少,并出现铜原子渗入前体蛋白中发生障碍,不含铜的铜蓝蛋白前体分泌到血液中,而血液中铜蓝蛋白极不稳定易发生降解[77,91],最终导致血清中铜蓝蛋白含量的下降

Results suggest that all CEMENT COPPER in the system are in a non-metabolizable form, causing liver function to deteriorate percipitously over time.

肝细胞合成铜蓝蛋白前体减少,并出现铜原子渗入前体蛋白中发生障碍,不含铜的铜蓝蛋白前体分泌到血液中
CER formation by the liver appeared in decline, and copper diffusion into CER precursor hampered, leading to secretion of copper-free CER precursor into the blood stream.

而血液中铜蓝蛋白极不稳定易发生降解[77,91],最终导致血清中铜蓝蛋白含量的下降
CER in the blood is thus unstable and prone to 降解, eventually causing CER concentration in plasma to decrease.
