[求助] 分析EC编辑回信，求助

小弟前日投了EC，今日就REJECT了，。求指点下
编辑回信：
Thank you for submitting your paper to Electrochemistry Communications.

As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening.

I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met.I believe that publication of a full paper would be more appropriate for your work. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications.

这意思是建议改成全文改投别的杂志吗？重写下Urgency statement 再投有希望吗？

CIF就是晶体结构文件，你如果做单晶衍射的话一般都会有CIF的。如果单晶较小，则只能提供粉末衍射数据，倒是也可以计算晶胞参数，但无法形成CIF文件。CCDC就是The Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre（剑桥大学晶体数据库），你要查该结构是否已经发表。没有发表的话，晶体数据要在发表文章之前，上传到这个数据中心以便审稿人查阅，因为快报类文章很短，不可能包涵晶体结构等这些详细信息。
