分析EC编辑回信，求助

小弟前日投了EC，今日就REJECT了，。求指点下 编辑回信： Thank you for submitting your paper to Electrochemistry Communications. As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening. I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met.I believe that publication of a full paper would be more appropriate for your work. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications. 这意思是建议改成全文改投别的杂志吗？重写下Urgency statement 再投有希望吗？ |
