本研究主要是利用雙相延遲模型研究由矽膜與銅膜組成的一維雙層與多層超晶格系統之熱傳導現象，?K以常數熱阻模式加入介面熱阻效應分析，?砟M週期性半導體/金屬�?質界面多層結構在短脈衝雷射加熱之下其各層溫度變化之影響。方程式採用Laplace轉換求解溫度場，探討超晶格薄膜微觀的熱傳現象。結果顯示，超晶格的總長度、金屬所?妆壤⒔缑鏀�(層數)都會影響薄膜的溫度分布，由其是第一層受影響最大。 拜託各位了 謝謝 |

| This research is mainly to utilize the dual phase heat conduction one-dimensional double and multilayer superlattice system model consists of silicon film and copper film, and analysis to thermal resistance model number add interface thermal resistance effect, to simulate the periodic semiconductor / metal interface of multilayer structure in a short pulse laser heating under the temperature change the effects of. By the Laplace conversion equation to calculate the temperature field, the phenomenon of superlattice thin film micro heat transfer. The results show, the total length, metal superlattices proportion, interface number (number) will affect the temperature distribution of the film, which is the first layer of the most affected. |
