有点出离愤怒了

还记得我说过的投CET稿件9个月过去了，一直没状态更改。 昨天又一次写信去催问，结果今天就杯具了，杯具的理由让我愤怒啊 Thank you for your manuscript mentioned above, which had been submitted to XXX. In the meantime I tried to get two reviewer opinions. The second reviewer, however, has let me down. I understand, however, that you want a decision. Since we receive much more submissions than we can possibly publish we can only accept those which receive two clear-cut positive recommendations. Therefore, I come to an end here and reject the paper so that you can submit elsewhere. 第一个评审者的意见是 ……This work may merit publications but I am not in favor of a publication in the current state. 下面是几条小的意见，如语法、图表等 等了9个半月时间，怎么就碰上了这么个不负责任的编辑，完全无语！！！ |
