IEEE Photonics Journal 的论文提交， 提交成功之后，收到邮件说 “has been successfully submitted ”，之后又会有邮件说是“has been unsubmitted to the Photonics Journal” 由于” It is the policy of PJ that ALL authors full contact information is submitted along with the manuscript“ 可是 我们每个作者已经注册 完成信息填写了啊？ 是要我提交的时候另附文件 写上所有作者的信息吗？
