First thing you should do is try your best to calm down asap. Because smart one will keep anything in his mind and then wait for one chance to exceed. Then it is a time for some self-examination. Think your strength and your counterpart's shortpoints.Not because he is better than you,maybe just because your strength or your working deriction is wrong. Hello! My friend. How are you ? My english is not very good ,but more or less i know what you say. I want you happy, and hope you keep quite and do better than another one. I think there is no fair all over the word.At the begining of we were born, unfair is begining too.And ,in fact we can do nothing about this . Now , let us think this problem. What are you thinking ,now? fire？fight？kill the people？ Ok !……All of that is wrong! What should we do ??? I think you know ,everyone know that the life is only one time . We donot need cost the time on this kind of things. We need control ourself,and we need keep quit ,keep clearly. The time is the money !We can use the same time to do the diffrent things,but the time never go back again. If we can build the relationship between the people, who we like talk and stay with them.Of course ,we succesed. BUT ,but if we can build the relationship betwween the people ,who we DO NOT like talk and stay with them.We will be more succesed. In fact ,we always meet someone that we donot like . But we have to work togeter,even live together. And what is the best way to change this kind of relationship??? I think no one can answer us very correct. Because diffrent invalid need the diffrent medicine. But i am sure ,we need to do something to improve this bad kind of relationship.Maybe talk together, dinner together,drink together,…………and so on. I think if you really want to change something,and do your best，you will be successed.Please belive me. The words above is the thinking of mine ,only for reference. I hope it is useful for you .
