As the case stands, in spite of a certain improvement, the methods of integrating the system of socialist core values into the secondary education were still characterized as simplification and lack of innovation leading ineffectiveness on this integration. As a result, it is important to develop a “trinity” integration in compliance with the characteristics of physical and mental development of Modern Secondary School Students through a combination of recessive education and Dominant Education. To better promote the formation of the Socialist Value and the progress of its construction in the secondary education,this integration should be led by the party committees and governments at all levels and take the school education as dominant while the family education is considered as basis.
