离子液体催化PET聚酯胺解法降解研究
摘要:以离子液体做催化剂,乙二胺、苯胺、乙醇胺等胺类做为溶剂,在一定条件下降解废弃的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。研究结果发现,乙二胺降解效果明显,具有可在低温下进行的优点,但也存在单体分离困难的不足;苯胺降解PET,在各温度下均无法达到降解的目的;乙醇胺降解PET反应所需温度高于乙二胺,但其优点为单体纯净且容易分离,催化剂易提取并能够重复使用。综上所述,乙醇胺为胺解法降解PET的理想溶剂。

Using ionic liquid as catalyst, ethylene diamine, aniline, ethanolamine amine as the solvent, under certain conditions, degradation of waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Results showed that, the degradation effect of ethylenediamine is obvious, has the advantages of can be performed at low temperature, but also in the presence of monomer separation difficult problem; aniline degradation of PET, at each temperature were unable to reach the purpose of degradation; ethanolamine degradation of PET required reaction temperature is higher than that of Ethylenediamine, but its advantages as monomer purity and easy separation the catalyst is easy to extract, and can be used repeatedly. In summary, ethanolamine as ideal solvents amine solution degradation PET.
