[求助] 摘要翻译 高分子降解相关(一)

双功能离子液体催化PET聚酯降解研究
摘要:分别在180℃、190℃条件下,以[NH2Mim]IM、[NH2Mim]Br、[NH2Mim]OH离子液体做催化剂,乙二醇做为溶剂,降解废弃的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。研究结果发现,[NH2Mim]IM离子液体催化剂在190℃条件下降解效果最好,产物容易分离,转化率及产率都很高;[NH2Mim]OH离子液体催化剂次之;[NH2Mim]Br离子液体催化剂效果不好且粘度大不宜取用。再改变PET样品的种类,在最理想的条件下对三种样品进行降解。研究结果发现,样品三的降解效果最好。

Degradation of waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was studied at 180℃, 190℃ respectively with ionic liquids[NH2Mim]IM, [NH2Mim]Br, [NH2Mim]OH  as catalyst, and ethylene glycol as solvent. [NH2Mim]IM demonstrated the best degradation effect at 190℃ with the advantages of easy separation of product and high rate of conversion and yield, [NH2Mim]OH being the next  in terms of degradation effect. [NH2Mim]Br was not an appropriate choice because of its low catalyzing efficiency and high viscosity. Three different PET samples was degraded under the most favourable conditions with sample 3 showing the best degradation effect.

Investigation on glycolysis of PET catalyzed by dual task special ionic liquids
Abstract: Under the condition of 180℃ or 190℃ respectively, waste polyethylene terephthalate(PET) was glycolyzed using ethylene glycol as solvent and ionic liquids as catalyst such as [NH2Mim]IM, [NH2Mim]Br and [NH2Mim]OH. The results showed that the effect of glycolysis of PET catalyzed by [NH2Mim]IM at 190℃ is best, the product was separating easily, conversion and yield are high; Followed by [NH2Mim]IM; The effect of glycolysis of PET catalyzed by [NH2Mim]Br ionic liquid is bad, the catalyst with high viscosity was difficulty to access. Under the ideal conditions, three samples was glycolyzed changing the kinds of PET. The results showed that the effect of glycolysis of sample three is best.
