| 如题。我怎么看那个申请材料说申请人必须在提交申请材料截止日期前要获得博士学位啊。是这样吗？还是我理解错了。 |

2.2 Experienced Researchers International Incoming Fellowships are directed exclusively at experienced researchers, namely those who either: i. have at least 4 years of research experience (full-time equivalent) after obtaining the degree which would formally entitle them to embark on a doctorate either in the country in which the degree was obtained or in the country in which the research will be carried out; or ii. are already in possession of a doctoral degree (PhD). The time limit to fulfil one of these conditions is the deadline for proposal submission of the relevant call. 我是看的这部分，是这个意思吗 |
