求助关于 向沙特医学投稿的问题

本人最近向沙特医学投了一篇 CASE REPORT 除了收到一篇常规的投稿回执邮件外，邮箱就再无消息。然后登陆该杂志的操作界面 状态栏就一直显示 IN REVIEW。昨天把这个IN REVIEW点开后发现有个 Editor Decision Decision — Notify Editor Editor/Author Email Record 然后这个 Editor/Author Email Record点开后是一封邮件： Dear Dr.XX: Re: XX I refer to the manuscript that you have submitted for publication in the Saudi Medical Journal. Kindly use the above number in all future communication. Please be reminded that submitted manuscripts, or the essence of their content, must be previously unpublished and should not be under simultaneous consideration by another journal. And since our system automatically checks for duplicate publication/plagiarism, authors should also declare if any similar work has been submitted to or published by another journal. If detected, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with international ethical guidelines. By virtue of the submitted manuscript, the corresponding author acknowledges that all the co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript. The corresponding author should provide all co-authors with information regarding the manuscript, and obtain their approval before submitting any revisions. Participation solely in the acquisition of funding or the collection of data does not justify authorship. Kindly provide a copy of the Ethics Committee Approval when submitting Prospective Studies. Please provide this requirement upon initial submission to avoid delays in processing your paper. The Journal will contact you directly within seven to eight weeks. If you do not hear from us after the time specified, please fax or e-mail info@smj.org.sa, and we will respond promptly to your message. Please try to avoid contacting the office by phone, as this may result in misunderstanding or miscommunication.
