The Biomedical Photonics Lab led by Prof. Ian Liau is exploring new scientific and technological approaches for translational application in biomedicine. We invite applications from suitable candidates for a Postdoctoral Research Fellowposition. The candidate is expected to have strong motivation to engage in cross-disciplinary biomedical research, demonstrated capability for scientific management ofresearch projects and graduate students, and excellent Communication skills both in written and spoken English. It is also preferable that the candidates possess hands-on experiences in one of the following technical skills: 1. Multiphoton Microscopy (SRS, CARS, SHG, TPEF, et al) 2. Raman spectroscopy/imaging 3. Scanning probe microscopy 4. Synthesis and characterization of bio-nanomaterials 5. Biochemical analyses or cell-based assays 6.
