（一）研发技术总监（2~4名） 材料类相关专业，全日制应届、往届博士研究生。 【工作范围】：1、碳陶复合材料研发； 2、碳陶材料相关应用领域研究。3、工作地点在江苏常州。 【任职要求】：1、化学或材料专业博士学历；要求动手实验能力强，逻辑性好。2、热爱科学研究工作，能够独立进行研发设计；有开发经验者优先；3、具有海外留学经历者优先，具有较强的英文写作能力；4、具有学术带头人的管理理念。 （二）研发人员（8~12名） 化学或材料类相关专业，全日制应、往届硕士研究生（含）以上。 【工作范围】：1、碳陶复合材料研发； 2、碳材料相关应用领域研究。3、工作地点在江苏常州。 【任职要求】：1、化学、物理、工程或材料专业硕士以上学历；要求动手实验能力强，逻辑性好。2、热爱科学研究工作，能够独立进行研发设计；有开发经验者（论文、专利、技术、设备等）优先；3、对碳材料技术有一定基础，熟悉拉曼、红外、电化学、扫描电镜等测试手段； 4、勤奋好学、主观能动性好，有较强的吃苦耐劳精神和团队协作能力；5、具备良好的沟通能力和文字写作能力；英文要求6级水平以上，听说读写精通；6、熟悉电脑操作及办公系统软件，有专业软件经验者优先。 Job Description: 1: Research cutting-edge technology in the field of functional materials, electronics and other technology. 2: Work with other team members, to brainstorm new ideas and concepts, and to conceive, develop and test new product in accordance with project goals and objectives.
