我看到“Charge trapping properties of the HfO2 layer with various thicknesses for charge trap flash memory applications
”这篇文章的时候有点疑问，这篇文章是2010年发表在APL上面的，作者是Hee-Wook You and Won-Ju Choa，好像是个韩国人。文章里面讲到的结构是MHOS（Metal-HfO2-SiO2-Si），而一般的Floating gate flash都会有一个blocking layer，我疑问的是文章中缺少blocking layer层的结构是怎么存储电荷的？不是通过势垒束缚电荷的么？不知道我有没有表述清楚，希望懂的人可以帮忙解答或者一起交流。
