有篇文章直接被主编据稿，大家帮忙看看审稿意见。 Dear Dr. Wang, Manuscripts are first reviewed by our desk editor and technical screeners and then continue on to our editors and editorial board. Those manuscripts that are within the scope of the journal, and are of sufficient quality, continue on to external review. In general, the journal requires that the manuscript's main focus and core contributions are strongly tied to Materials Science and Engineering.
