浙大学报英文版C辑 审稿完成,主编决策,求祈福,散金币(2013年8月7号最新消息,录用)

计算机软件领域SCI不好中,国外期刊审稿至少半年,长则一年,伤不起,选择了较快的浙大学报C版,现在审稿完成,马上主编决策了,希望有好结果,虫友们帮我祈福祈福,感激不尽。 另一篇SCI 今年2月初投往顶级期刊Future generation computer system (IF=2.193),审稿三个月,接着进入第三方仲裁阶段,已经仲裁一个月了,希望有好结果,要是能在此期刊上发表一篇文章,散尽所有金币。 [ 发自手机版 http://muchong.com/3g ] 昨天晚上收到消息,3个审稿人,2个同意接受,但须修改一些小问题,1个审稿人要求给出一些解释,语言需好好修改,编辑部给了一个月的修改时间,希望有好结果,感谢虫友的祈福,到最后来发布论文的最终结果。 附上一些简略的意见(审稿非常详细,具体到哪一页哪一句,总共10多页,就不列出来了,不过,都是些较好改的问题) Reviewer1# The paper is well-structured, well-balanced, well-argued and pleasantly to-the-point and efficient. The topic of dynamic consistency, particularly in the setting of a distributed and evolving model, is very important if not crucial, and not only so for simulation. But it is also not an easy topic. The more indirect addressing of the topic therefore is wise as well as interesting and also promising. So, in these respects the paper certainly meets the standards of the Journal. My main critic concerns the quality of English language. In my opinion it is rather moderate, certainly not weak, but also less than tolerable. I am not a native speaker of English (US-English, ...), so I might be wrong. But at more than a few places in the text, I really had to figure out what the authors could have meant. And, more often, a more adequate formulation would have made the reading more easy-going. My overall suggestion is: Accept, with revisions as indicated. Reviewer4# Overall, the paper proposed interesting ideas and conducted experiments for evaluation. However, the authors should justify their assumption on the normal distribution of the state variable ES (Hypothesis 1). The authors also should explain why their simulation setup reflects the real cases in software development. For example, the original model graph G in the simulation setup only has four vertices. Why is this choice reasonable? Finally, the authors should improve the writing of paper (both English and technical) for journal publication.
