大家好！
我们学校最近在评奖学金，需要有文章！
我的一篇论文，投到catalysis communications,
刚被接收，不知道，可不可以，问编辑要个接收函！
1.国外，是否有接收函一说？
2.索取接收函，是否冒昧！
