ultrafine Al2O3 powders are of high chemical stablility, thermal stablity, highhardness and good anti-corrosion properties and have been widely applied. optimized approach was approached to investigate the ultrafine Al2O3 powder. therefore, it is meaningful to prepare ultrafine Al2O3 powders of high yielding, good porosity,small size with good distributions. In our work, AlCl3 and other precipitants were used as raw materials to prepare ultrafine Al2O3 powde by precipitation method. effects of all precipitants on the quality of Al2O3 powders were investigated. it was fond that ̼ËáÇâï§ to be the best candidate of precipitate. XRD and laser particle size examinaztion were used on calcined samples. the results indicate that the ultrafine Al2O3 powders obtained by using AlCl3 and ̼ËáÇâï§ as raw materials were of good dipersity, small size and high purity. such processing are significant by saimple procedure, easy operation, low cost and easy realization of industrila productions. |
