2013 International Conference on Wireless Communications and Networking (ICWCN2013) https://www.icwcn.org November 04-05, 2013, in Xiangtan, China Introduction ICWCN The 2013 International Conference on Wireless Communications and Networking (ICWCN2013) will be held on November 04-05, 2013, in Xiangtan, China. Aiming to provide a high profile forum for disseminating the latest research on wireless communications and networking, ICWCN brings together academic researchers, engineers as well as industrial scientists from all over the world to share late-breaking advances of these fields. The 2013 ICWCN welcomes the submission of original full research papers, short papers, posters, workshop proposals, tutorials, and industrial professional reports. Publications All accepted papers will be published by IEEE and submitted to IEEE Xplore and Ei Compendex databases for indexing. But IEEE do not guarantee that a paper will be indexed but all accepted papers will be submitted to EI for evaluation.
