最近本人投了JPCC,The Journal of Physical Chemistry C 。1周后编辑回复如下：

It has come to our attention that the selected Section does not match the Part. Unfortunately, we cannot begin to process your manuscript until the Part and Section match.
Can you please confirm the intended Part and Section you wish to submit your manuscript to. For your convenience please see the link to the Author Guidelines below, which includes a list of current Sections available.

我进入投稿系统后，点击Submitted to Editorial Office，后出来的界面我无法进入修改界面。
问大侠:编辑说我哪里的intended Part and Section我没选好？？如何修改？？
