4 结语 笔者从论文的年代分布、成果主题、刊物类型、合作情况、核心作者及高频被引情况等6项指标分析了玉林师范学院图书馆2000–2011的科研状况。总的来说，其科研呈上升趋势，馆员的科研热情及科研能力有所提升，但是还存在科研水平参差不齐，科研主观能动性较低，合作意识淡薄，研究成果缺乏新颖性和创新性，所发表的图书情报核心期刊论文偏少等问题。为了改善现有的这种状况，需要有关部门和图书馆管理层高度重视科研工作，加大科研资金的投入，要求图书馆工作人员在工作之余不断拓展自己的知识面，拓展自己的研究领域，把图书馆学、情报学、档案学等方面有机地结合在一起，加强科研团队合作精神，促进玉林师范学院图书馆事业及人才更好更快的发展。 |

The authors had analysed the research status from 2000-2011 of library of Yulin Normal college according to six indexes, such as distribution of publication years, topics of achievements, type of journals, co-author situations and high-frequence citation. genrally speaking, the research was going well. research anxiety of library staffs and research ability was improved slightly. But there are still some problems, such as uneven research abilities of library staffs, unactive research intiate, the shallow cooperation consciousness, lack of novelity and innovations of research achivements, less publications on the core jounals. In oder to improve such situations, more attentions from related departments and library managements should be paid and more funding should be spent onto research works. working staffs of library are reqired to extend their knowledge and research fileds after work to unify library science, information science and archival science together organically. Rsearch team spirit should be emphasized to promot faster and better development of the library of Yulin Normal college. 妹子是玉林师范学院的？ |
