The increasing travel frequency promoted by the raising economic level has ushered in a period of prosperity for the passenger transport market. Three pricing strategies described as differential pricing, immediate pricing and system control were proposed on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of highway passenger transportation, competitiveness and influencing factors of pricing. Also a survey of road passenger fare of Qingzhou city was conducted through a LOGIT model of system control. By comparison, there was a high consistency of the results of the model and practical. Finally, an ideal result was observed as well after the extension of this model to another three cities.
