博后申请 外导问我为什么没有现在导师的推荐信 该怎么回答

我遇到的情况是 自己在老板那做的还可以，可是因为和老师说过要离开 老板马上180度的对你残忍 当你索要推荐信时 他却说可以 但接着就和你聊工作 故意把你工作说的一无是处 甚至威胁走人 因此推荐信是绝对没指望了 今天遇到个外导对我有点兴趣 问我要现在老板的推荐信 我说没有 他又回信问为什么 我该怎么回答好呢？ 请各位虫友支招 急！ 我可以说因为我申请博士后 老板不乐意吗？ 大家帮忙看看这样回答行吗 I learned a lot from my current lab and tutor during my time here, I really appreciate that. However, during the time I stayed here, I slowly realize that the research of xx is not my favorite, I want to do something more useful and applicable. About this I really appreciate your fruitful work in biomaterials for tissue engineering. Also I slowly realized the management style here is not working best for me. Then I decide to leave the lab when the contract ends and I talked this with my current tutor. To my surprise, he is very angry about my only staying here for one year. He told me that if I keep on the application, I will not get recommendation letter from him. This troubles me a lot, because I really needs this. I explained, but still can not change the situation.
