老板准备给我申请H-1B签证。现在学校的International center 发来邮件叫我做问卷调查并且要提交一些documents。 内容如下： Please note the following information about documents: - A certified translation states "I (translator's full name) certify that I am fluent in English and (name of the foreign language) and that the attached document is an accurate word for word translation of the attached document entitled (name of the document)." The certified translation should also be signed and should contain the date, the translator's name, and the translator's address.- We do not need the originals. To save time, please return all documents on 8.5 x 11 (letter sized) paper if possible. - You can return documents to the specialist handling your case through mail or through e-mail, as long as the documents are clear and easy to read. 第一个是什么意思啊？ 而且现在学校就要我提交学位证明（Credential evaluation if degree is from a non-US institution.）diploma。我是应届啊，现在学位学历证书都没下来，怎么办 |

你好，我有个research associate签证的问题麻烦问一下你，万分感谢。我是国内的研三学生，今年毕业，刚申请到美国乔治亚州学校的PhD offer，2017fall，学校offer 里面没写international student的学费和奖学金，那是不是就没奖学金了？我陶瓷的教授人很nice，是学院的一个实验室chairman，他说帮我安排一个research associate 的岗位，全职，算正式员工，每年$36000，然后让我申请H-1B签证，我有点懵，请问这到底是好事还是坏事？H-1B的签证我没有博士学位可以申请吗？你知道乔治亚州扣税情况？申请H-1B会影响我的PhD上课吗？    发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
