老板准备给我申请H-1B签证。现在学校的International center 发来邮件叫我做问卷调查并且要提交一些documents。 内容如下： Please note the following information about documents: - A certified translation states "I (translator's full name) certify that I am fluent in English and (name of the foreign language) and that the attached document is an accurate word for word translation of the attached document entitled (name of the document)." The certified translation should also be signed and should contain the date, the translator's name, and the translator's address.- We do not need the originals. To save time, please return all documents on 8.5 x 11 (letter sized) paper if possible. - You can return documents to the specialist handling your case through mail or through e-mail, as long as the documents are clear and easy to read. 第一个是什么意思啊？ 而且现在学校就要我提交学位证明（Credential evaluation if degree is from a non-US institution.）diploma。我是应届啊，现在学位学历证书都没下来，怎么办 |
