请教：外导这样回？意味着可以接收吗？下一步该怎么操作？已有2人参与

外导回信说： Please let me ask you to clarify: do you mean to say that all you need from me is a letter inviting you to attend my classes at Washington University as a "visiting scholar" and you will be able to receive funding? If so, I can certainly do that! However, I should emphasize that, unfortunately, I don't think I have any official authority to offer you any sort of formal position at Washington University -- i.e., I can't set you up with an office or housing or anything like that. 他老强调上他的课，是不是只需要他发个邀请信来就可以了？ 谢谢啊 |
