In the inter-component volume method, the idea is that the variation of the fuel flow rate injected into the combustor will cause the variation of the difference between the inlet and outlet mass flow rate at each time step. This will produce the variation of the volume pressure. This pressure will be used in the compressor map interpolation to find the next step mass flow rate and repeat the process again until no variation of the fuel flow rate injection. The same idea can be used on fuel system simulation also. |
