IEEE Trans. 接收后最终稿件的提交问题

最终稿件提交说明中，提到一个electronic material的提交，内容如下： [ ] Supplemental electronic material (Multimedia), to illustrate the concepts described by the authors, if applicable. Please read the "Reproducible Research" section below. =======Reproducible Research==================== To allow maximum adoption of your work by other researchers, we encourage you to make the code and data used to produce your presented results (figures, tables, etc.) available online. An example of how this can be done is at http://lcav.epfl.ch/reproducible_research/. IEEE Xplore can publish data sets, multimedia files and Matlab code along with your paper. For this purpose you can provide a single .rar file, or the links to such files in a README file that will appear on Xplore along with your paper.
