PURPOSE: To improve workability in the manufacture of a double metallic tube and to facilitate the inspection of joined parts by reducing the projection of an extension external tube and repeating the joining of an extension internal tube, the expansion of tube, and the joining of the extension external tube. CONSTITUTION: When an internal tube 2 is expanded while the expansion of the diameter of its projected part 2a is controlled, most parts except the vicinity of the projected part 2a are closely adhered. In the state where the tip end of the internal tube 2 is joined with the extension internal tube, the projected part 2a of the internal tube 2 is not expanded in diameter, and consequently. a working space is secured in the case of joining the extension external tube to the external tube 1. By reducing the projection of the extension external tube and repeating the extension of the internal tube 2, the expansion of the tube, and the extension of the external tube 1, the freedom of the extending dimension of a double metallic tube is generated. Also, at the time of expanding the internal tube 2 and the external tube 1, by forming a space between the external tube 1 and the extension external tube, the working space is secured to improve the workability in the manufacturing, and the inspection, etc., of the joined parts is easily implemented. |

目标：改善双金属复合管在制造过程中的可加工性，并且通过减弱外层钢管的流变以及反复进行内外层钢管间的嵌合、膨胀等方法为两管复合部分的检测提供便利。 结论：在内层管流变部分（以2a标）的直径增大受控条件下，当内层管（以2标）膨胀时，除流变部分2a附近的金属外，绝大部分金属紧密附着一起而无流动。在内层管2的末端与其延伸部分相嵌合状态下，内层管流变部分2a则不再膨胀，这样对于外层管与其膨胀部分的嵌合就提供了一个工作区。 通过减弱外层钢管的流变以及反复进行内层钢管2与外层钢管间1的膨胀扩展，双金属管的长度可以自由控制。当然，在内层管2与外层管1的膨胀过程中，通过在外层管1与其膨胀部分形成工作区，可以提高复合管的可加工性，有助于复合部分的检测操作。 |
