5g (19 mmol) was dissolved in 200 mL of dry acetonitrile and 5g of Mg(ClO4)2 (22 mmol) was added. After 5 min 115 mmol of the desired N-alkylamine was added. The reaction mixture was magnetically stirred at room temperature. When imine formation was completed (see Table II) the reaction mixture was cooled to -18°C. This cooled solution was poured onto a frozen solution (-70°C) of 0.83 g (22 mmol) NaBH4 in 100 mL acetonitrile. The reaction flask was isolated to prevent a quick warming up. During 1 hour the reaction mixture was stirred and the temperature raised to -20°C. The mixture was poured into 1L 1N HCl and extracted with CH2Cl2. The organic layer was washed with 1N NaOH (2x), 1N HCl (2x) and brine (2x). After drying on Na2SO4, the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The isolated silyl derivatives were obtained, as HCI salt, in quantitative yield.

在磁力搅拌下,5g (19 mmol) xxx在室温溶解到200ml干燥的乙腈中,然后加入5g Mg(ClO4)2 (22 mmol)。5min后,加入115 mmol N-烷基胺。当有亚胺生成时(见表二)将混合物降温至-18°C。该冷却液倒入到0.83 g (22 mmol) NaBH4 i和100 mL乙腈的混合的-70°C的冷冻液。密闭反应瓶以防止体系快速升温。待反应搅拌1h后,温度上升至-20°C。将反应液倒入1L 1N 盐酸溶液,然后用二氯甲烷萃取。有机层用1N NaOH (2x),1N 盐酸(2x) ,浓盐水 (2x)。用Na2SO4干燥后,减压浓缩得到像盐酸盐一样定量的 甲硅烷基 衍生物。

将5g (19 mmol) 溶于200ml的无水乙腈,然后添加5g的 Mg(ClO4)2 (22 mmol),5min后添加所需的115 mmol的 N-烷基胺 ;该反应的混合物应该在室温下进行磁力搅拌,亚胺化反应结束的时候将其冷却到-18℃,然后将其倒入冷冻状态 (-70°C)的  NaBH4 /乙腈【0.83g(22 mmol):100ml】溶液中。反应烧瓶应做隔离,以防治温度迅速升高, 将混合物搅拌1小时,此时温度升高到-20℃。然后将其加入1L 的1mol/L的HCl,然后用CH2Cl1进行萃取。有机层用1mol/L NaOH冲洗两次,1mol/LHCl 冲洗2次,浓盐水冲洗2次;后经Na2SO4干燥,然后进行负压干燥,获得甲硅烷衍生物,以其HCl盐计算产率。
