老板说他的funds不够2年，只够15个月...

4月份在国内面谈过 详细见这个帖子 http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=5783040 他的回信如下： Sorry I have been out of contact. I have tried to track down more money to support a post-doc but I didn't have any success. I can support 15 months of a post-doc position with the funds I have available, but I am not sure this is enough time to complete the work. I will keep looking for additional funds. If you know of any support for Chinese nationals to seek research opportunities overseas, that could help make this post-doc position feasible. I will discuss possible options with the other PI of the project, XXXX, and see if we can find some more funds. I still want to make this work and have you come to XXXX as a post-doc. It isn't a huge amount of money that is needed to make this work, so I am hopeful. I realize you are trying to plan your future activities, and I apologize I can't be more definitive at this time. I will be in China June XXXX -June XXXX. I am planning for about a week of field work in XXXX after XXXX meeting. If I can figure out a solution to the money problem, it would be great to have you join XXXX as a post-doc. I should have more information in the next week or so. I am still holding on to hope for a solution. 我该怎么回答？怎么办？ 目前还没有offer。 |
