投了篇ACS会议论文，推荐到SCI的special issue 靠谱吗？急求

投了篇ACS会议，收到一篇约稿信，新的内容如下，是台湾的一个期刊，《AAQR》,SCI special issue, 2011年IF=2.8，可不可以投靠谱不？ Dear Authors/Presenters, Thank you again for your contribution to the symposium “xx” in the Spring 2013 ACS Meeting in New Orleans, April 7 - 11, 2013. As we have announced during the ACS meeting, you are invited to submit a manuscript to the forthcoming special issue of Aerosol and Air Quality Research (AAQR) on “xx”. This special issue will be created from your contributions to the CO2 Symposium at the 2013 ACS Meeting. Prof. Fanxing Li and I are guest editors for this special issue. The manuscript submission deadline is May 31, 2013. If you need additional time to prepare the manuscript, please feel free to let us know. The review process for each manuscript will be finished within 3 months after submission. The international journal of Aerosol and Air Quality Research (www.aaqr.org) publishes insightful, high-quality scientific work related to aerosol science and technology, atmospheric science, and air quality related issues. It encompasses a multi-disciplinary field, including combustion, emissions, measurements, pollution control technologies, nanoparticles and nanotechnology, CO2 emission, capture, storage and utilization, atmospheric chemistry and global change. The journal has an official Impact Factor of 2.827 in 2011. Submissions of original, unpublished full-length research papers as well as review articles are welcome. All submissions will be subject to a peer review process. Articles will be published online in a fully-citable form as soon as they are ready and then collected into an issue that will be published in October 2013. Manuscripts can be submitted through AAQR’s online submission site at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/aaqr. Please remember to indicate that the manuscript is for the special issue of “ xx” when you submit. You can do this on the “Details & Comments” page during the online submission or indicate it in your cover letter. |
