中国工程技术应用中心是公司新成立的部门，担负着制造工厂与 R&D 沟通、攻关技术
难题、核心工艺实施、新产品转移、新项目评估、工艺流程优化、培养技术人才的重任。

我们渴望有志向在技术领域长足发展的专业人才加入我们的创业团队：
作为技术发展中心的成员主要工作内容如下：
>>  Leading or assisting the execution of critical project in China operations
>>  As part of the Global team you will lead developments at our growing China campus in terms of new material and coating process for ophthalmic lens production
>>  Collaborate with strong teams in Germany, Australia and Mexico
>>  You have potential to grow your career within this global technical organisation as a Senior Technical Expert or Project leader.
>>  Standardizing the manufacturing process across CN Rx Lab and mass plant
>>  Cooperating with the corporate R&D, to implement new product / process.
>>  Identify and Rollout the BDP ( best demonstrate process) across CN Lab and plant
>>  Training the junior engineer by case and regular forum
>>  Decide all major new equipments and utility design around CN plant and Lab
>>  Leading trouble shooting which raised by any CN plant or Lab

岗位招聘需求：

>>  Doctor or master degree in Optical design and engineering
>>  Good command of writing and oral English is necessity
>>  High potential in leadership, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive and willing to take challenges
>>  Good communication and presentation skills
>>  Strong computer skills in data analyzing and Windows applications (Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint), for mechanical major, good command of 3D drawing is necessary
>>  Willing to work in GuangZhou and travel oversea
