[交流] how to study

now, i am in the exam week,i go to the library everyday.but i can not study very well.i look at my phone once a while.i can not clam down and pay all attention to my book.what should i  do?now,about 1/3 time in the library is wasted to play my phone.how to study effective?

I still remember when i was in labrary,I'd sleep for half an hour,then started to learn.I usually played my telephone while  learning.
