IET Electronics Letters 审稿被拒，有修改重投的可能吗？

各位大侠给小弟看看，我的文章审了6个月终于有消息了，不过貌似不太好，被reject了，但是给出了意见，大家看看有必要修改重投没有！？？谢谢！ Dear XX Your paper 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX' has now been reviewed and I am afraid that the decision has been not to publish it in Electronics Letters. As you may already be aware, reviewers do not necessarily have to provide comments for authors as part of their review. However, on this occasion, I do have some feedback that I can pass on to you: The authors need to show or state how their method is different from the numerous previous publications (which are not cited) that remove the GPS course measurement during turning to provide the estimate of heading. In those works, sideslip is determined by taking the difference in course and estimated heading. The authors approach is effectively the same as removing the innovation during turning (with the addition of some filtering of the sideslip). In both cases any change in bias is ignored. 1. Note It is possible to have sideslip even when the vehicle is not turning. 2. Sideslip is not necessarily parabolic in shape. 3. What value is used for the threshold value. 4. Showing various filter options for sideslip (different size windows and possibly different order low pass filters) would be interesting to see if the window legth of 5 is optimal.
