[求助] 最近一篇PRL被接受发表，大家看看这封邮件怎么破？

Dear Prof. **,

Previously, we informed you that your manuscript has been accepted for
publication as a Letter in Physical Review Letters.

Your manuscript will now be forwarded for production.  Information
about the status of your paper in the production process should be
available within a few days from the automatic status system at
http://authors.aps.org/STATUS/wvman1.html.  You will be sent an email
by our production department with instructions regarding the page
proofs.

To help defray editorial and production expenses, APS, a
not-for-profit, society publisher, expects authors of manuscripts to
pay appropriate publication charges; publication charges are
contributions from authors' institutions to the cost of disseminating
research results and should be regarded as an essential and proper
part of their research budget.  You are requested to make a payment of
$690 toward the cost of disseminating your research results.  However,
the inability to pay this charge will not affect the publication
process of your manuscript.  Publication charges may be paid using the
Copyright Clearance Center's "RightsLink" service, which can be
accessed via,

"RightsLink" accepts a variety of payment methods.  For your
convenience and to minimize delay, credit card payments are accepted
and can be made online.  If you require an invoice to process payment,
either for yourself or for your institution, simply select the "Pay By
Invoice" option on the "CHOOSE PAYMENT" screen.  You may also use the
"printable license" attached to your order acknowledgment to process
payment.  If the electronic version is not suitable please be aware
that a paper invoice is automatically mailed within 1 - 2 business days
of your order.

Reprints may be ordered (and associated pricing obtained) using the
Copyright Clearance Center's "RightsLink" service.

要我们给一定的费用，但是又说：  However,
