探索不同反应条件对肺癌导向分子分子叶酸和透明质酸偶联量的影响，确定导向分子的最佳偶联工艺，用红外光谱表征抗癌载体药物表面分子基团的变化，表明FA和HA分别通过酰胺键作用成功偶联到了抗癌载体药物表面。在最佳偶联反应条件下FA和HA的偶联量分别为0.0237×10-3mol/g和0.0278×10-6mol/g，对导向分子偶联前后抗癌载体药物的载药率进行分析，PLA-NPs、FA-PLA-NPs和HA-PLA-NPs的载药率分别为12.4%，12.1%和11.8%，表明导向分子的偶联对抗癌载体药物的载药率影响较小。 @huangzx1314 再次谢谢  |

Explore the influence of different reaction conditions on the lung guidance molecules molecules folic acid and hyaluronic acid coupling, determine the best guidance molecules coupling process, characterized by IR carrier of anti-cancer drugs surface molecules group changes, indicating that the HA and FAthrough an amide key role in successfully coupled to the surface of the carrier anticancer drugs.
